A whole day site seeing program is arranged every year for the newcomers to orient them with the city and different terminals and also to help them to adjust and refresh their minds.
Educational trips are also being arranged from time to time as per the academic calendar.

• Students shall exchange greetings with the members of the college and hostel.
• Students must be punctual for classes and clinics.
• Students must be attentive in the classroom.
• Students should maintain desirable academic progress and conduct which are essential pre-requisites for appearing in university examination.
• The students are expected to speak in English and use a courteous and polite language.
• Students are expected to conduct themselves with decorum and decency to maintain and promote the reputation of the institute.
• The students are not allowed to use mobile phone during class hours, clinics, library hours and study hour in the hostel.
• Students involving in any form of ragging will be dismissed from the institute without any information or enquiry.

• Food will be served from a common mess. The mess is outsourced by Sodexo. Hostel warden will supervise the functioning of the mess. The food served in the dining hall and to be eaten in dining hall itself.
• Consumption of alcohol, narcotic drugs, betal nut, tobacco, smoking are prohibited strictly.
• Ragging in any form is discouraged and prohibited.
• Each and every border should maintain peace, harmony, integrity, discipline and sanctity of the hostel premises and the organization
• Rooms and surroundings of the hostel should be kept clean and hygienic.
• Visitors are not allowed to be entertained inside the room.
• Visitors are allowed to visit as per rules of the organization.
• Night stay permission is given only in their own homes where their parents stay.
• Students can visit their local guardian once in a month only on Sunday/holiday with prior permission.
• Extra leave except the INC prescribed leave will not be granted to any student until and unless there is a genuine emergency.
• Use of water and electricity must be logical.
• For breakage or loss of hostel property students shall have to replace it immediately.
• Any loss or damage of the college/hostel articles will be adjusted with the security money.
• Boarders must abide by the rules and regulation of the hostel.
• If boarders are day scholar, only mess dues is exempted. However if they want to have food from the mess they have to pay the meal price as per the mess rules of Sodexo.
