Admission Criteria
General Nursing and Midwifery 3-Year Course
- Age: The minimum age for admission is 17 years as of December 31, 2024.
- Minimum Education: Candidates must have completed Higher Secondary (12th Standard) in any discipline, preferably science, from a recognized board with a minimum aggregate of 40%.
- Entrance Exam: Candidates must qualify for the Common Entrance Examination (CEE) conducted by Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences (SSUHS). The cutoff marks for the CEE will be determined by SSUHS based on the results.
- Medical Fitness: Candidates must be medically fit.
Admission Process
- Entrance Examination: Candidates seeking admission to the GNM course must appear for and qualify in the Common Entrance Examination conducted by SSUHS, Guwahati.
- Application Submission: Candidates must obtain the prescribed application form from the institute and submit the completed form to the Principal along with the required documents and a photograph.
