Online Payments
This online payment system is provided by Apollo Hospitals Educational Trust (AHET). Please note that these terms may be updated periodically, with any changes becoming effective immediately upon publication. We encourage you to review the current terms regularly. The country of domicile for AHET is India.
Agreement to Terms
Please read these terms carefully before using the online payment facility. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use this service.
Payment Conditions
The description of matchmaking services will be shown when you log in with your unique password. Payment is usually required in advance before you start any activity.
All fees are in Indian Rupees. The AHET reserves the right to change the fees at any time.
Your payment will usually reach the AHET account within two working days.
We are not responsible if the payment doesn’t reach the correct AHET account due to incorrect account numbers or incorrect personal details provided by you. Neither can we accept liability if your payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card provider for any reason.
If your payment is declined, AHET is not obligated to inform you. Please check with your bank or card provider to ensure the payment has been deducted from your account.
AHET is not liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of the use of this site or any linked sites, regardless of the legal theory (warranty, contract, tort, etc.) or whether we were informed of the possibility of such damages.
AHET covers the payment gateway transaction charges.
Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy
If a customer leaves AHET before completing their service period, no refund will be issued for the service fees paid.
Refunds, if applicable, are at the discretion of the Management and will only be issued to the debit/credit card used for the original transaction. For clarity, nothing in this policy obligates AHET to issue a refund unless the fees have already been paid.

This Privacy Policy covers all products, services, and websites offered by AHET. In some cases, we may provide product-specific privacy notices or Help Centre materials for more detailed explanations.
